i've had 3. and they were hollywood 3d I've just slammed 4gs of alpralozam and my leg is still twitching in terms of intensity. I suppose the don't crush on the label kinda assumes one should also not dilute with water and lime and inject into your balls

Probably no point in me telling to you stay away from benzos
Looney4Clooney
unless you have a cure for autism ,

For all intents and purposes, my nose is quite clean, I exercise, rarely drink and eat well but that isn't because i have some sort of moral issue with other ways of living. I enjoy getting things done. But if it was my birthday and someone was smocking crack , i would demand a hit and recite some Richard Prior monologues.

but 3 mg a day isn't the end of the world and my liver is doing fine. It isn't like i'm getting high, it is to address a real problem that has had no other solutions and i've tried everything you can imagine.

But the withdrawal which i do a least twice a year to like keep things in check is a bitch. But as long as i have the complete dvd collection of Buffy the Vampire slayer and the BBC's 26 episode cover of 20th century war.

I actually use that in micro dosages as a substitute for the benzos every 2 weeks for 3 days. There are lots of studies showing that it helps with aspergers and other things on the autism spectrum. But like the dosage is not enough to make you think wearing a candy bracelet is a good idea. BUt i've spent about years trying to find solutions to things that are probably caused by a legion somewhere on my head and I eventually got fed up with the long process of SSRI's which is pretty much 99% of the arsenal medicine has for some of the symptoms. And of course i do all the stuff you should do anyways like exercise, eat well .....

Excellent choice sir. Most excellent. Even if you were being sarcastic I stand by my stance, we both do.

Have you tried meditation, for more than 20 seconds I mean? I you not when I tell you it's a thing of immense power.
Looney4Clooney
yup. those things all help a bit but it isn't something that is treatable in the normal sense in that the symptoms are not caused by any external stimulus. And that is sort of essential for any of those solutions in that you need to isolate the trigger and work on automatic reactions. But there are none.

It is a very bad sign when the first thing to do after I pressed play is to turn the volume down.

If you didn't get it by now you'll never get it.

Stopped at 0:05.

Maybe you're not doing it right. It's one of those things it's impossible to just be good at.
Looney4Clooney
not saying it doesn't help. But the gains were limited and i just don't have 2 hours a day to work on it.

tehlord
You will do if the medication stops working

And anyway, it's 20 minutes a day max, even if you can successfully do it that long. Which is doubtful. I can barely manage 10 even now, but that feels like an hour if I get it right that day. It's not some spiritual cleansing either, there's plain old science behind it's effectiveness.
Looney4Clooney
Well i have a good 20 years before i have to start worrying about the effects of medication on my liver. I eat well, i exercise , and i stretch as well which is like meditation in a way. You sound like my doctor.
