I don't know what that spam related crap is, but it looks like 12.8 million people fell for it........ and gave up a lot of personal information in doing so.

I don't need a video like that to warn me about internet privacy, but clearly some people do and I guess this is a clever way of doing so. The video at the bottom of the page you linked was interesting, as it shows exactly what it does. Rather clever, actually.
I clicked on the link, saw what it wanted access to and immediately thought ' that!' ...... as I do with virtual all Facebook 'apps'.
