Hey guys,

Here is the track in question:

The last time I posted about my remix of Above & Beyond - Sun & Moon, I received some great feedback from you guys that helped me take the track just a little beyond my initial idea.

Today, I'm looking to get your thoughts on my latest original work, entitled We Can Fly. This is a progressive/uplifting trance track that I produced for awhile and I've got it to a point where I'm almost done. Before I call it 'final,' I'd like to get some of your opinions on what I could improve or alter to give it that little bit extra.

Just for clarity, I haven't attempted any mastering (mostly because I suck at it) beyond making sure the peaks hit at 0db. I prefer to get a really solid mixdown that basically requires no mastering before I think about touching that master channel.

Anyways, if you've got any suggestions or feedback, please let me know! I love hearing from you guys!

THANK YOU!!!

Don't know is it me, but the chorus feels like its laking off drive. It just doesnt catch me.

Technically nice stuff. Nothing wrong whit it.

it sounds like the DJ is constantly working the volume button. VERY fatiguing to my ears. WAY beyond functional sidechain

Hey Domesty,

Thanks for the reply! And thanks for the honesty...I'm not terribly worried about pleasing everyone with every track. I am, however, most concerned with its technical quality...so thanks for the nod there!

Anyways, thanks for the listen and the good feedback!

Hey Raphie,

Thanks for the reply! To be honest, the sidechained "skippy" feeling that I get from this track is one of my favorite attributes about it...but that doesn't mean that it has to be this way. Even if I like something a lot, I definitely don't want something to be a "chore" to listen to.

I'll look into playing around with a few of the elements to see if I can make it more pleasant on the ears.

THANKS FOR THE LISTEN!!!
