i went to mansion a couple years ago to see deadmua5 while i was there on vacation..... ( i also went back for bob sinclar + big ali)

Even with a ticket i had bought ahead of time we were forced to wait over an hour in line (they were clearly holding the line) while they escourted the girls and bottle service partons in.

2 rounds of tequila shots + 1 mixed drink for 3ppl was about 95$ after tip... ill never forget that lol.

My other friend had come late and the only way he got in was buy buying a 400$ bottle which came with a tiny tiny tiny booth.

in addition the entire club is essentially bottle service with bouncers who are quick to shove/push you if you get within 3 feet of the ropes. there is a tiny dancefloor in the front of the club similar to guvernments which is the only "good" area.

Overall its a very nice looking club with a decent crowd. but wow is it different then toronto!

Nope, it did not. The venue forced us to shut down earlier but that had nothing to do with what kind of music that was being played or who was playing.

I've been there a few times over the last few WMCs (Sasha + Digweed, SHM, Avicii closing party). I've had a blast every time. Even though the actual front dancefloor is small, the entire club consists of different areas that gradually slope down to the DJ, so everyone has a great view and space to dance. Staircases on each side also have areas to dance.

The club itself is very nice, the lighting was great, the sound was fairly great (both upgraded last month, so even better now). Bathrooms are easy to get to. The temperature is cool and comfortable everywhere. The crowd is a better dressed party crowd, and there is bottle service, but people still go crazy and enjoy themselves.

If you like crowded sweat pits, you won't enjoy the place.

Also, I've never had issues getting in with my wantickets tickets (although they do go up in price really quick if you don't buy early).
