Sylenth (FL Studios) and Korg

Hello all,
My Korg seems to work on FL Studios. However, only the key input (via MIDI, of course) and modulator/pitch work - the knobs don't.
I was wondering if there's any way of making the Korg's knobs correspond with those of Sylenth, instead of having to use my mouse to monitor those? Or would you recommend another keyboard/midi controller?
Thanks in advice. |

Thank you. I believe MS2000? It's the original Microkorg, from like 2002.
I've tried the MIDI Learn technique. I can even see that the knobs on my korg are transmitting MIDI output (the green light on FL Studios), but I can't get it to work.

Is that the same as using the "Last Tweaked Parameter", or whatever FLS calls it. |

I'm not sure. One guide said that I needed to press that in the Options for it to work for the VSTs, but doesn't seem to be. Would it be the keyboard? Micrkorg |

I'm not sure - it's been a long time since I tried it in FLS and I'm really not a FLS user. Sorry I can't be more help. There are a bunch of FLS experts here, though, so I'm surprised no one has offered any advice. |

Appreciate all the help you gave, mate! Kudos to you.
In due time I hope! =p |

If FLS sees the midi messages then you are fine.
Click on sylenth, then on the top left of the window click the menu, and select browse all parameters. A large list of a bunch of parameters will pop up. The last one you tweaked will be the one highlighted on the menu to the left or if not so, then you can browse through all the parameters and find the one you want to tweak. Then right click on it, then select link to controller, and then tweak your knob. It should be linked.
To unlink it, just click reset and it will unlink itself.
Personally, I'd recommend a dedicated controller like the m-audio axiom or radium. The keys on the microkorg are quite bad to play on IMO. |
