He's used the Static FBML app for that, but FBML has been deprecated and will no longer work as of the 1st June so I wouldn't use it.
You might be able to find an app which lets you just add simple HTML, but Facebook recommend that you register and build your own app (hosted elsewhere, but displayed on Facebook in an iframe) if you want custom tabs on your page. |
