According to this video, he'll be at the Sirius XM Takeover (it was at the W Hotel last year). I guess it's free, but no idea on time or more info.

Expected DJs over Friday/Saturday: Avicii, Sander van Doorn, Nicky Romero, Gabriel & Dresden, Arty, Hardwell, BT, Chuckie, Chris Lake, George Acosta, Cosmic Gate and Adrian Lux. Thursday seems like a locals only day.
I think SvD will be playing sometime between 4-7pm.
