Ok everybody, this is my fourth piece laid down here on TA. I don't know myself if the title has anything to do with 'walking in space' but I tried giving some sound design. I am not too familiar with atmospheric sounds and FX. Here is a finished track (which could still use much more work.) thanks everybody! ENJOY!

Eeeeeepic hi's.
I always feel horribly inadequate when I hear peoples first few productions. I probably spent from age 12 to 18 without even knowing that you don't put reverb on the master, that raising volume to the max level isn't the way to make your song bigger, ect. It isn't a bad starting point Mr. Le. There are some really pretty things in this. The orchestra is very beautiful as is the arp during the breakdown. |

| The bass on some of those stabs are tripping your limiter, causing your mix to pump in a way. The kick had some minor inconsistencies in the bass it could deliver. The structure seems a little disconnected and a little too reliant on the arpeggio to carry it forward. Bass note pad needs shelving as it pumps your mix, as well. The highs seemed right at that threshold before it starts to sound harsh (which could be construed as a kudo for decent mixing). Brilliant ideas but the mix needs some more finesse. Keep at it. In spite of my nit-picking, I really like the tune. |
