wow didn't think nyu would give up any of their space, probably because some of their campus just got approved for downtown brooklyn.

Dominion NY has nothing to do with NYU...except both of them being in same general area.

from Wine Cellar south on the west side of lafayette used to all NYU and NYU Medical Buildings (back entrances/exits to the front broadway side). NYU Medical (almagated insurances?) closed down a while ago and I thought that was all converted into classrooms. The Broadway side of those buildings had all street level retail. I thought NYU kept all of those buildings between Lafayette and Broadway south of 8th street.
Anyways, minor details but glad to see a new venue pop up in a pretty hopping area. |

Dominion NY is actually part of "Colonnade Row" aka La Grange Terrace which are some of the oldest landmarked buildings in New York.
I don't think NYU owns them as they are all private residences and businesses, as far as I know.
