This week we’re presenting you “Filo & Peri”.
Filo & Peri have been playing in nightclubs across the world.
From Amnesia in Ibiza to the far reaches of Luxy in Taiwan and back in their home country at Nocturnal Festival, their blend of euphoric trance, driving techno, and exclusive edits and mashups is winning them an international army of fans.
And of course, as always, we’ll have our resident DJ’s Cheric and Rai!

From producing some of the biggest dancefloor smashers in the club scene in recent years, designing sound presets for Ableton Live, Puremagnetiks, Acoustix, and others, writing music for adverts for some of the world's biggest brands, doing sound design for major TV networks, to running his own music licensing, production and publishing business, and somehow still finding time on weekends to go away to distant places to DJ, one could very likely come to the conclusion that German-born Georg Bissen never sleeps. Which would be an appropriate assumption, since he has called New York, the city that never sleeps, his home for the past decade.
Storming the scene in late 2007 with the now classics "Exhale" and "Quicksand," Bissen has, as a dance music artist and producer, had close to 60 original and remix releases over the last 5 years. These records have been released on some of the biggest, most desired and well-respected labels in the business, including A State of Trance, Enhanced, Euphonic, Discover, Perfecto and Boxer.
Always in pursuit of a fist-pumping, "all systems go" attitude, Bissen's sound exhibits an effective blend of tough, energetic beats and grooves, coupled with extremely memorable, huge melodic riffs and hooks, exemplified perfectly in tracks such as "Exhale" and "The Vault." Never forgetting that this music is intended for dancefloors and not armchairs, Bissen delivers impeccably produced, proper huge tunes that are unpretentious and have lasting impacts on clubgoers and DJs alike.
Bissen creates one club banger after another, from his remix of the Black Eyed Peas #1 song "I Gotta Feeling", which was one of Ibiza's summer anthems of 2009 and received extensive UK FM radio play, to 2011's "2nite U R Perfect", which was one of the year's most memorable club songs, also being featured on German and US FM radio, as well as on DMX, reaching millions of shoppers every day. Bissen recently was also one of 3 winners in the Club Space Miami Original Track contest, the track written and produced with frequent collaborator Victor Dinaire, Peter Finley and singer David Berkeley. The song, "Take Me To Space", beat out over 300 other entries. 2011 also saw Bissen start up his project "Exostate" with singer Jeza for Enhanced Recording, their first single "Without Warning" already becoming a Beatport Top 10 hit.
EDM Fridays will now be on EVERY floor. Spinning EDM in the main and mezz floors as well as our new Underground Gallery.

what i don't get is that this sound is dying.. i mean most of all djs/producers have the same sound.. so why start following this now? its dying. ing simple Saw and white noise boring sounds. SO '06
