I first read it as "Happiness is the root to all intelligence", something I would gladly approve.
Sadly, I realized that it then had to be ^0.5, in order to be 'the root to'. I am sad now for being so dumb. :(
Seriously though, a more proper thesis would be "Happiness from ignorance is empty calories, and bring misery to others". |

I would hope a proper thesis would be more grammatically correct than that. |

^ funny, the head of the philosophy department, at my school, has a PhD in physics (and one in philosophy, of course).
I eventually want to go for a PhD in physics, but won't be surprised if I end up teaching philosophy, down the road. It's whatever you make of it, really. :p |
