Here's something i put together a few days ago. I'm having a hard time figuring out what to do with it. I wanted to add another melody on top of this but I don't feel that there is any space for it.
What do you guys think? Should I start fresh or work on this?
(My goal with this is personal, I am not an aspiring producer. Just want to make it sound as good as I can.)

Sounds nice.
Personally i would throw in a nice melodic and playful part that complements the rest.
But it's your piece, if you're sure that another melody wouldn't fit in, then start anew.
You choose.

I also think it need an extra melody, either a base that makes it pump faster or a high pitch melody. I have experimented a bit. I guess I haven't found that sweet spot for the extra melody.
Any other thoughts? Maybe change the main synths melody altogether?

It's pretty cool. I actually know a guy who would make some killer vocals to this if you want me to get you in touch with him. I honestly think a nice vocal hook could be what it's missing. And as for the other guy's feedback, this does need some danceable groovy percussion in there for sure, imo.

Ive tried shaping the sounds and perc. Done some eq on the main synth etc to get rid of some muddiness. Do you guys think im going in the right direction? Im so bad at creating good percussion, so any feedback there is appreciated.
