Really? What scientific journal do you write for? Perhaps you could give me a brief analysis of all the major studies you've conducted, or the conclusions you've reached from all those years of intense laboratory work? And do you have a joint degree in applied chemistry and neurology, or is your training in a more general field?
Or are you just talking bollocks? |

I only have about 10 years of research, so the long term results are still not complete, although it doesn't look good. Most of you must really be idiots, I swear. No wonder I can't carry normal conversations with you zombies. |

actually, i took 5-htp quite religiously. id usually take one when i got up the next morning (as taking it when you are coming down can be counter productive), one or two that night after i got up, one the next day... etc.
i also would take it before hand.
it might help if you are taking it once every few weeks, but if you are a hardcore user, you are still going to have damage. |
