i know i know - its been said a million times before, but I just fired it up during the week after not using it in ages, ended up using it for one of those plucky/stabby basslines...just a beautiful beautiful tone
I should state that ive got those 8000 odd presets installed - just the amount of sonic territory it covers is hard to believe, the Kujashi bank for example is just bliss
Anyway it got me to thinking...would this synth be held in a higher esteem if we had to pay for it???

yep i have synth 1 and the bank presets you speak off and yes it kicks ass best free vst out there. also this synth int bad to

Mr Wobble Vol 1 & 2 is a MUST... search them on kvraudio...

I'm revisiting synth1. I've toyed with it before, but noticed it wasn't installed on my current setup. Good synth, I never found much use for it but I'm going to give it another go. I figure with 10,000 presets, how can I go wrong.

Love me some DSK VST's. I have many of them. I don't have this one though, I'll have to try it out.

Tim Conrardy produced some lovely sounds and was an excellent sound designer. RIP
I love synth1, still gets more use than many other soft synths I've paid for.
