Thanks for the investigation of raid zero benefits....appears to say that raid zero won't improve things that much
for music related file tasks. :(
It was my buddy that purchased the old macbook and put an SSD in with good garbage collection speed...he swears the thing is now super.
sorry you are right again...i had misstakenly looked at the web store and seen a picture of an 2.5 ssd with naked chips. Every other ssd was cased-up and these other drives there-for looked "larger in size" to me. That visual cue made me think they were 3.5 inch drives.......wrong!
