Just eat a lot. Lots of protein...maybe get a mass building supplement.
Do a powerlifting routine that focuses on less reps and higher weights, and do stuff like squats and deadlifts. Those are the best for gaining size.
edit: Well if you can't do squats, then try deadlifts at least (but if you have weak knees then make sure you to watch a lot of deadlifting videos to get a proper idea of how to do them. Mark Rippetoe is the best at explaining them imo). Squats are actually really good for the knees, but again proper form is necessary. And I rarely see people do them right. |

, I'm sorry to hear that. Squats are the best. At least you don't hover while you like some people apparently do... or maybe you did, and that's why your knees are ed. :p
Don't trust your sudden weight loss... I know you sure don't. It looks good on the scale (maybe?), but you know it's not authentic. I know I don't need to tell you that you need to ing eat, especially with your height. You are literally losing muscle mass out the ass, and that will only hinder your goals for the summer.
I think you already know what you need to do, man. Keep jamming animals down your face and everything will be ok. Just do it more often. |

another option would be steroids - avoid the orals, and go with the injections. you should get on a newbie cycle of testosterone cypionate, i did that a few months back and it was great. you can stack with dianabol or tren for maximum effect. don't forget the ancillaries such as the anti estrogens and HCG.
also get on a 1 gram/day dose of vitamin B5 (sold as "pantothenic acid") to avoid the acne breakouts. |

my knees are ed from hockey and football. Surgery has been a long time coming, but doctors prefer waiting until it is absolutely essential because it often needs to be done again later on in life.
I'm looking forward to having dead peoples tendons and cartilage put in me. The surgey they want to do is essentially like tommy john surgery...and apparently after rehab your knees are stronger than ever. Hopefully can do squats next year. Last time i did them my knee locked, all i can say is thak god for the safety rig on the weight machine, because i had no spotter and would have been ed royally.
yeah i need to up my meat intake. i only eat meat 2 times a week but now every day it is going to have to be. Buy a big quantity of chicken breast from costco as well. I'm still trying to shy away from too much red meat.
Eating less makes me smoke more cigs...that worries me too. I can't wait until all of this is over...i've aged a year in 2 months.
thanks for all of the responses guys..i would never come to the cor for advice, but i need to fix this. The cool thing is that the way my body is right now i can get ripped pretty fast, but its mass i want too. I want my clothes to fit again. |

| I had Tommy John surgery when I was 17. Rehab is like 10-12 months and sucks a whole bag of dicks. No cadaver tendons in me though, they harvest a tendon from your forearm now. |

Yea you shouldn't eat red meat more than 2-3 times a weak. Stick to chicken, turkey, fish |
