(Bad/the majority of) Dubstep can't be spoofed because it is already as bad as the spoof, and the spoof just sounds like real dubstep, then you have the dubstep heads being like "whoa amazing trackf man! This is sooo dirrrtyyy!" and the idea of a spoof goes right over their head.
Remember that song "Friday" by Rebecca Black? People tried to make a parody of that song, which was actually impossible because you can't pardoy a song that was albeit unknowingly already a parody. |
