Master Steak is amazing! The staff is a bit rough around the edges, but my I can always find what I'm lookin for. |
Absolutely not. They cook it properly, but give me a break, they don't season their steaks!
What kinda of steak restaurant doesn't even put a little salt+pepper before throwing the meat on the grill? It's inexcusable. |

To be honest I've never tried their steak! I love the bugers though, fantastic. |

I've read rumblings online how there are many afterhour clubs on spadina that are strictly through word of mouth. |
Sooooo you're going onto a public forum and asking about something you already know is only heard about through word of mouth? I'm calling idiot, bacon, or both.
"So I heard of this great mountain you can only get to the top of by car. Does anyone have a bike I can borrow to reach the summit?!" |

She's very interested in the underground scene...
| quote: | Hello Montreal TranceAddict! Long lurker new poster. nothing new. I just had a question that I've been dying to get off my chest so hopefully you all can help me.
If anyone is into the Trance scene particularly which I assume there might be. Can they tell me what ever happened to Aria Afterhours? I've read that it was a legendary place with some long sets (13hrs) not out of the question. My question is how is the scene nowadays after Aria closed then when it was still open? Is the Trance still pumping with world class bookings and same passion from the people? It seems that on this site and other online sites many people are pessimistic about it saying many afterhours have closed down and the remaining are just booking generic artists attracting a different type of crowd. Did the Trance scene just go underground (if so how do you find it) or did it die/dying?
As someone from somewhere in Ontario where this scene is not as great and hopeful to relocate to your fine city one day, is the trance scene still what it was from early/mid 2000s?

Funny how this was posted in the MTL scene and didn't really get ripped on. Come to Toronto and you're gonna get eaten alive. |

| Perhaps, I didn't sound as much of a sketch in the other post but it's also probably because people are just more open in Montreal whereas Torontonians just want to act like New Yorkers. Must learn French faster... |
