Very good. I listened to it start to finish and it was a very solid mix. As opposed to the last mix I heard from you, this one stayed steady and strong the whole way with lovely tunes that borderlined on the "trouse" side. In listening, the melody made me feel like I was listening to trance, but the housey groove kept me interested. Great work. |

Grabbing this now. I actually just listened to the first one again twice yesterday.
That and Yohan's second "Patio Music" set have been regular plays for me at work the past few months.

Only like 40 min. in, but wanted to mention that this already makes me more nostalgic for good old Sasha than anything I've heard in years.
Really having a pretty positive effect on my mood, having been at work for 26 of the last 32 hours.

| That is so nice to hear Rob, thank you! Allow me to return the favor although I will need to step out of my comfort zone in order to do so:p |

I really enjoyed this, Adam. First, it was a change of pace for me, because I've been spending like 85% of my time the past few weeks listening to a lot of singles/record shopping for stuff, so it was nice to have a couple hours to just forget about it and listen to something pretty much brand new. I don't think I knew any of the tunes going in (maybe had heard the Vincenzo/Pooley ones at some point, but didn't remember them), just had the previous set to go on.
Anyway, definitely threw this on at a super hectic time with the intention of it being some good background music to chill me out (short version: worked 28.5 of 36 hours, with a half hour commute each way), and definitely found myself paying increasing attention until I posted that before. It was nice to enjoy something that sounded familiar but was entirely new music to me, and I do think at least for me the Sasha nostalgia carried through the whole thing. Just that deep, warm, feel good prog without being "too" feel good.
I admittedly didn't pay a ton of attention to the mixing, but it flowed very well, and maybe best of all was just that it was one of those mixes you listen to for the first time, at just the right time.
So yeah, very cool jams. Keep after it man. |
