Switching DAWs from Abelton - what's best for my setup?

Greetings,
I've been using Ableton for more than 4 years and have now concluded that I should switch to Cubase or Logic 9. I switched to Mac 4 months ago. The arrangement views in these two DAWs look much better. I realize that there's a big DAW war out there, but I want to know from your guys' experiences what's a good DAW for MY setup and preferences:
-MacBook pro i7
-Midi: M-Audio Axiom pro 49
-Interface: Apogee duet
-I use a lot 3rd party VSTs:KONTAKT, Massive, Sylenth1
-I sidechain quite often
-Mastering is done by a friend not by me
To be honest, I am really leaning towards Logic since it's based on a mac platform, but I don't know if that makes a difference. |

| can I ask why you're switching? Clearly after 4yrs with a program, it's something you're comfortable with... |

I'm really getting tired of the arrangement view in Ableton. Cubase and Logic seem to have much better, straightforward layouts. I am also switching because the hypercontrol feature on my axiom isn't compatible with Ableton like the way it is for Cubase or Logic. Through Cubase or Logic the hypercontrol feature can access the 3rd party VSTs - automatically mapping the VSTs. |

That's my main gripe with ableton - the arrange view just doesn't cut it.
Logic is the obvious choice and it's also a lot cheaper than cubase. |

| Cubase and Logic have almost identical workflows. Logic is considerably cheaper and has arguably better plugins as standard, so for me it's a no brainer. I'm a Cubase user on PC btw, so no bias either way from me. |

| Agreed, the arrangement view in Ableton sucks ass compared to Cubase or Logic. I would recommend Logic as well, its solely built for the MAC platform, has a good range of built in plugins, and should be very stable as well. |
