Noise Removal ( aliasing artifact)

| I'm using WIVI and some instruments have some slight artifacts in the 8-12 Khz range. I'm not too concerned because i could just low pass as the instrument is a bassoon but I am curious if there is a noise tool for this type of artifact. I am not sure if it is aliasing but that is what it sounds like. |

man the first thing that comes to mind is audacity and I don't know why. I think I've seen some tutorials or something that says that it does a helluva job on fixing certain things- this might be one of them.
Secondly, Izotope Ozone 5 Advanced (which I think is friggin awesome) has some tools that does a bang up job as well as it has a pretty significant amount of tools.
but this is coming from me so you might just wait till the next person has something to add. |

| this was geared toward people that know a little more but thanks. Audacity is garbage, Ozone is a mastering tool and RX2 is their noise suite. Jebus. |
