Just finished a new remix of Awolnation's new single "Not Your Fault" for an indaba remix competition. Lookin for some input. Also this is my first post on tranceaddict so hi everybody! My name's Zach and I'm an electro house producer. I've only been active for a couple months now but I'm trying to get better all the time and your comments are helpful and greatly appreciated. | Well there's not really any EQ or mixing happening, sounds like everything is just layed on top of each other. Not bad for a couple months, sound about right for as long as you've been doing it, so just keep trying. That miramba motif you have in there is pretty bad, sounds rather spastic. Really bad clashes with the instruments too. It is pretty bad but you've only been working for a couple months, so don't get offended when someone tells you the truth about how it sounds. |
