Question about MP3/WAV digital portable recorder

Can anybody reccommend an effective portable MP3/WAV recorder. All I really want to be able to do is plug it into a DJ mixer and record live sets on the go. Nothing to fancy, but something with either great battery life or optional plug power outlet. XLR preferred.
I know ive seen ksky use one frequently to record sets, anybody know what she uses? |

| I have an H4N but use it for film production...They do well but be warned that they chew through batteries. If you're using it to record a longer set, plug it in! It comes with an AC adapter. |

| Zoom H4n is the way to go. That's what I currently use and coudn't be happier with it. |
