+DJ BIOs
-HEAD-N-BOX
Dividing the line between tech house and minimal, originally spinning at many clubs, including CiRCA, LUXY, GUVERNMENT, FREQUENCY and many more. HEAD-N-BOX leaves no room for error, providing some of the biggest UK underground hits right into Toronto. Well known for dropping low tones to high frequencies in his tech house mixes, many have been aspired by his talent for heavy acid house. No performance goes without the heavy grooves, turns and even the head/heart pounding house music, to light up the night for more entertainment. Toronto Night Life is in for a treat with this DJ ripping the clubs up. HEAD-N-BOX is known as well for producing some of the dirtiest beats known out there, all played on FORCE radio for Tech House fans across the GTA. You can find him on Facebook.
-DJ KALI X
Hailing from Toronto,Canada Kali X at age 19 has proven himself and to other people that he is no ordinary DJ. From the age of 15 he has brought himself up to being not only just a DJ but also now a signed producer. From the underground clubs in Toronto to the biggest clubs in Canada. Kali X has made himself an exclusive sound that gets people to dance, cheer, and go all out insane. This upcoming DJ is going to make al ot of noise in the upcoming years, with tracks on Beatport and a podcast known as "Rated X" He hasn't gone unnoticed. Djing Every Week Non stop he shows true credibility of how a Real Dj should work.
-CHRISTINA CRUISE
Creating a distinct sound that separated her from all Toronto DJs, just not female DJs, was always the mandate of Christina Cruise. Branding herself as a smash underground sensation, Christina has quickly invaded the dance music culture in Canada and has won over fans with her sophisticated house sound. An array of dark and swirling late night grooves combined with an always drummy back drop has filled a void in the Toronto DJ culture. With a club resume under her belt that includes The Guvernment, Paladium Acapulco, 1eleven st maarten, Praia dominican, Daddy-O’s Ultra Lounge, Casbah Atlantic City, Comfort Zone, Tryst, Cobra, Redlite, and Beach Club, Christina has hit the epitaph of Canadian Club culture in what feels like a split second. Currently on her third year of international touring, yet again to embark on her second Latin American tour, Christina Cruise has ripped up dance floors in the U.S, Mexico, and the Caribbean. As we look into 2012, she is committed to creating her unique brand of music and began a hefty production schedule. Christina Cruise is constantly in a fight to bring something different to the table, and encourages all of the house lovers to listen to her new live radio show Deton8, and her creative mixes on www.soundcloud.com. |

| Such an ironic title for the event as "Box" is the name of the of the rooms at Ministry of Sound in London and "The Gallery" is the name of their Friday nights. |

Ironic it may seem... Or was it meant to be that way :)
Hope to see you there if you like Tech House, House and Minimal. It is the only event as far as we see on the Friday at The Guvernment that has House Music, and it will be packed!
We are glad to have Christina Cruise Spin an awesome set this Friday coming up!

haha, well I thought it was "the box" more-so for the headliner you have playing which turns out to be a nice coincidence
Not really big on those genres (not a fan of minimal or electro and tech-house is really over-saturated right now) but it's a rare opportunity to party in my favourite guv room so I definitely might make it out
p.s. - nice flyer art :) |

Yes, it is rare for this room to be open too, Hope to see you out on 27th. If you put your name in guest list the cover is reduced by $5.00, I'd be sure to take a shot with you over the sheer fact that you love The Gallery.
Thanks,
