The TA url was on the file names of some old trance mixes I had downloaded. I eventually because curious and came here to see what the site was all about.
Then I found the COR, and the rest is history. |

| A friend who first introduced me to well produced trance joined the site first, and told me about it. I ended up going to parties, meeting tons of TAs and going on a spiral / rollercoaster of partying, traveling, and all kinds of indiscretions for several years. Meanwhile, the guy who put me on to this site avoided parties like the plague, abandoned his TA account, and only just went to his first Above & Beyond show last year. What an ass! :whip: :stongue: |

| First thing that popped up on Google at the time I was on Kazaa looking for good trance releases to dl. Figured this place could help. Never expected to stick around here this long though. |

I was at Guvernment nightclub on a Saturday night in January 2000 and decided it was time for a site focused on "No popups, no bull, just Trance" -- at the time it was an arduous task to find sites where you could download mixes/music/videos.
...best and worst thing that ever happened to me, all wrapped up in one. No regrets though :toothless :wtf: |

Think I was using Metacrawler or something similar back around 1999 to find this place, (edit- which I think I in turn found via a set I downloaded off a usenet) by 2000 most of the other search engines where surpassed by Google. |
