CJ Bolland - The Prophet & DJ Snowman - And Then They Start to Dance

Is it just me or do these tunes sound similar? I dunno if this has been mentioned before on the board but I was listening to the Dumonde mix of 'And then they start to Dance' and its the same tune as CJ Bolland's 'The Prophet'
Your thoughts?

yes, and im sure he must of paid CJ for it too. u can make exactly the same track and get away with it like that.
anyway who cares, i jsut listen to the dumonde remix and pretend its a dumonde dub of the prophet! :toothless: haha! :) |

Exactly, The Prophet has been one of my favourite classics along with Push - Universal Nation..
Maybe CJ Bolland is DJ Snowman? lol.. I have no idea. |

Ahh. You should check out the DuMonde remix of the snowman tune anyway, its good imo :) Think of it as CJ Bolland - The Prophet (DuMonde Remix) muwhahha :D |

| And Then They Start To Dance is indeed DJ Snowman's rework of CJ Bolland's rave classic.It got an official release on E-Cutz,so I think CJ got some sort of payment for this.(otherwise they'd get their asses sued)Prefer the Kaylab remix,tho,as the Dumonde Mix (like every other remix they seem to do nowadays) gets very boring after a couple of listens IMHO. |
