| I hardly play any games these days. Last one was Amnesia: The Dark Descent a while ago. It was pretty good. |

transport tycoon is better imo, but quality game nonetheless. |
What about Grim Fandango? ;)
I hardly ever play games anymore. On occasion I still play Transport Tycoon, Heroes of Might and Magic III or Settlers II.
Every once in a while I get together with some friends to play C&C Generals and Age of Empires III over LAN, mixed with a bit of Medal of Honor: Allied Assault and Unreal Tournament 2004. |

| MindShifter |
Multi-Player BF3
D3 Beta (pretty much biding my time til release, just messing around with what chars will be main/alt) |

TT is good, but these days the version to play is open TTD. Nothing like starting a game on a 2048x2048 map with resources and towns set to low. Some real good planning needed so that you dont go bankrupt in the first few months when youre trying to connect a coal mine to the closest powerplant thats 1000 squares away :D |

I try to stay current in the FGC as possible.
Only game I can comment on in this entire Thread but I haven't played it yet is this one. I always watch Team Spooky's streams of events so I been kinda keeping up with this game because of his stream.
Soul Calibur V is blowing up. 10k winners pot.
As you can see the fan base is still growing into the limelight so that's why the the Commentary is still cheese and not enough pop offs or cheers and boos and all the good stuff that goes a long with fighting games events.
Even the players are still trying to find their personality portraits.

| I haven't played a game in many months. I've been considering going back to Halo 3 since Reach was a huge pile of failure. |

Of course, but if I said I still play 'TTD' no one would know what I was talking about.
Then again, I'm not sure if they know Transport Tycoon.
I never got a good grasp of how to do those giant intersections. I've seen screenshots of intersections that are just insane.
This is one is just 'fairly' normal. |

Oh yeah, Ive seen much more complicated stuff than that, though intersections and hubs arent really my play style. What i try to do instead (if im playing a 2028x2048 map for instance) is connected 512x512 circle routes that branch out to towns, industry and resources. Its not nearly as efficient as doing these giant hubs since the travel time for the trains can be fairly high but one doesnt need 2 weeks and an advance degree in maths to put together a proper intersection :D
One of the best things though is the big ships mod. It finally makes ships useful as ive found them to be quite inefficient in the standard game.
Would post a screen of my game here (a nice little 150mb screenshot of the entire full sized 2048x2048 map  ) but my laptop died and all my game files were on it :( |
