Hello TA,
I'm currently working on a new track and it would be really cool if you took a listen and pointed out my mistakes.

on my monitors it sounds a little harsh - at least the hats do.
musically I like it
bassdrum isn't really doing it's job as a bassdrum - i can't feel it at all, even at 0db - it's a hard job to carve it a hole out of the bass area, but it would really help the track to be a bit more balanced.
hope this helps

Thank you optik! Will look into that bassdrum problem, need to hear it on different system.
I've updated the post with a newer version, fixed some issues and arranged it a little bit. |

@TranceLover007:
I've read it and will try to fix the issues you pointed out. About the bassline - there are currently two layers playing (through the same bus though). I think I will change the kick sample. It worked out well when I had fewer layers but now it seems lost in the mix. I'm not sure if 'danger' is a positive or negative thing ;) Thank you so much for your comments! |

I was thinking they interplay or complement each other and not playing at the some time (that still should sound clean enough in your freq.)
Cheers man,

| I wasn't drawn in by the intro, but the drop is really decent, has a compelling vibe and energetic. Good work. |
