had a listen - i think you need to keep listening to the music you love in an analytic way, try and discover what makes the bits you like.
At the moment there isn't enough going on in the track - maybe 2-3 sounds, so it gets repetitive, and seems somewhat generative.
it's often best to start off doing remixes of other peoples work, just to get a feel for the complexity of production without having to worry so much about the musicality of the piece.
