A bachelor study on dance music production. good for beginners and then some....
dj_alfi
I think I've read this before.
Looney4Clooney
this isn't a study , it is just a meta look at various books forgetting to include crucial information. IT isn't specific to dance, it does not reference actual works and it overall a pretty ty paper with no actual goal or intent.

But i mean honestly lol bachelor thesis ? . Thesis implies something a little more indepth than this turd.

ty paper allround.

He should have subtitled his paper "s### I found on the Internet".

pretty sure most universities would not consider wikipedia an actual valid source s making this paper plagiarism and a guaranteed fail. I wonder how much you had to pay to turn out such rubbish at a supposed higher learning institute. This is highschool level.

the best comprehensive book i've read that has a bit of everything but still ok for beginners is

http://www.amazon.ca/Mixing-Audio-Concepts-Practices-Tools/dp/0240520688

It's too techical for my liking. I read the entire thing, but afterwards it didn't make me feel any more confident about mixing TBH.

Mixing Secrets is much more practical...although its not as in depth.
Looney4Clooney
any book with the word secret in it is generally a book you don't want to read. They are aimed at idiots that think things are secret. They tend to be clinical and perhaps pratical in a very narrow sense, overall impractical. That particular book i thought was the same rubbish you find in all those books.

guys, ease up, it was just a link with 20 pages or so of basic information. If it's below your level, not for u, If you are one of the best clap/compressor/reverb/buttplug guys, this IS a half decent quick & dirty primer for you.

That's why the title says you MIGHT want to read this and not "highly recommended" reading.

i sensed a certain urgency in your tone like if i didn't read this, the kill switch lodged in my anus would trigger a set of explosions rigged to a levy protecting a secret lab on an island in the pacific that just discovered the cure to gay.

That's not good is it? :D
