i'm jus curious as to what the rest of you have been through. i'm back home for the summer in taiwan, taipei (some little dot on an island in asia). and well, there's meant to be another typhoon hitting us tommorow...and work and school will most likely be cancelled. lately, we've been having a lot of small earthquakes again...but i'm hoping that they're not a warning for a big one to come. maybe some of you have been following news in the past couple years, but taiwan has had some really huge destructive typhoons and earthquakes = buildings collapsing, flooding, no electricity, and so forth...generally, when they are small (both earthquakes and typhoons), i'm not too worried, but when they get bad...it's scary because there's nothing you can do to stop it.

I remember i few years back... the weater got real windy and it started to rain a little... The news paper said it has the worst hair day ever... 150000ppl got there hair messed up... it has a scary day... and the worst part is you can't do anything about it :nervous: :nervous: :nervous:

The worst thing i've experienced is a few storms... nothing much or scary.

It wasn't a national disaster but I saw the fire 10 seconds after a Boeing 747 El-Al cargo hit a Amsterdam apartment complex.

Weird stuff.

Scary stuff.
