My track but with a question

1. Listen. I know it sounds elementary for an actual artist but it has potential!
2. If anyone knows Friut Loops really well I would be glad to send this to someone to remix or enhance the quality.

Let me know if it has potential and is even worth upgrading this tune!

3. It does a change up at 1:36 but this could fit into this song somehow.

Its only your choice weather or not you want to come back to a track and work on it more or not. this wont be the last track you produce ever, i find it helpful to keep moving forward and learning, not expecting to make a great track while producing. intuition develops, jsut continue.

I think it's too early to say if it could be any good - everything sounds very dry, like it's being played from a GM module at the moment - I think sound selection and FX are the next steps for this.

From all the comments it does not sound bad at least. I am not sure how to get that next level sounds because I have made more tracks but they still don't have that real quality. Some more of my exmaples

You are wrong, it does sound bad.
Improving the quality of your work is just a matter of learning about new stuff and practicing producing as much as possible. There is lots of information to be found on the internets.

Well, don't really know where to start man, I think that some elements from this production have a right to exist as it sound good enough even by today standard, but the rest will require some massive rework/reconstruction (in my opinion).

This whole track sound really dry and without a soul or character which makes it really (how should I say that) boring or uneasy to listen to (after a couple of minutes but hey all of use have been there before :D

What you need (and this is again only my opinion) more selective sound design/usage, more interesting sequencing, melody and a lot of more of FX + automation all over this track (like reverb, delay, cutoff ect...).

You have to find the way or learn to play with people/listener emotions and fillings - at that point (when you learn this) you will know what you need to do to get your production to a next level.

Cheers man,

You've cracked some eggs, sieved some flour and added some water, but the cake is a long way off.

All I can say is it will take hard work over some years, nothing good and worthwhile comnes about without sweat and ntears.

so the conclusion is keep on practicing to get a professional sounding track. Damn it!

Can't remix something that is not even ready to be remixed. :whip:

Thanks
