I already made a fantastic suggestion guaranteed to hold a Canadian audience with a recommended length for TWO segments!
Clearly you are not interested in catering to the interests of Canadians.
Are you sure you aren't American? |

Also OP, a motion was tabled and passed for this to now be the official TOTA Brian Mcknight thread, please rename and lets keep on point here.

I am 100% sure I am not American, but I get the feeling you might be.
While I appreciate your suggestion, & have thought about it, however I don't believe I will be implementing it. If you would like to suggest other ideas, please feel free. |

Nah man. 100% Canadian.
So, no fart segment eh? You're missing out. You could've been a trend setter.
Hmmmm.....
I know!!!!
How about the sounds of Inuit throat singing??? Oh hell yeah! Lay that over a sick Deadmau5 beat and have Ashley MacIsaac wearing a tiger suit fiddle live in the studio while it's all happening.
Oh man, it doesn't get more Canadian than that!!
You're absolutely right. This is a much better idea.
I can't wait to hear it!!!! |

You sure you are Canadian because your idea of Canada is funny.
Canada is much more than fiddles, & kilts.
While I appreciate this suggestion as well, I would not incorporate it into my format. Maybe you should listen to the music I play, then make suggestions.
Also I don't think you would ever hear Deadmau5 on my show, unless it was a interview for a segment. I consider him more of a International artist, not a Canadian one. |

Why are we talking about a radio show in the Brian McKnight thread?
Let's try and stay on track here guys.

As I stated earlier, I get motion sickness, so feel free to make your own thread about Americans like Brian McKnight.
Can we get back to the original topic at hand,
What kind of segments do you like to hear on radio shows?, & What do you think is a good length for the segments, in order to keep the Canadian music fans interested in them? Feel free to make suggestions.
I am planning on doing tickey giveaways for shows, interviews with artists, industry professionals, & with fans. Feel free to suggest more. |
