If I get really stressed about something, I find it can help to play certain tunes on and get so into them that it will stop me being worked up. Tunes that work for me are:
Paul van Dyk - Forbidden Fruit (album version)
Paul van Dyk - Vega (album version)
Gouryella - Gouryella
York - Reachers of Civilisation

yepp, the following do a great job:
Röyksopp - Eple
Spiller - Cry Baby (Röyksopp Remix)
Solid Sessions - Janeiro (Chiller Twist Blue Line Remix)
and i'd also have to say that Ralphie B - Massive seems to relieve the stress quite well suprisingly!

Is it just me or does Ralphie B - Massive very much like Vincent Der moor - Fly Away...
When i heard this on Clubbed 2002....i was like is this Vincent der moor until i read the tracklisting. |
