I have a few different basic songs I have wanted to make for about a year. I haven't really been capable but one of them is a 135 BPM (I wasn't kidding about my favorite BPMs) Tech-Trance song. I started out trying to make something completely different the past few days and that project imploded but it is funny how new unrelated projects come out of things. Anyway this is just a start. I am liking the energy when the bass kicks in.
And no I didn't have homework I needed to be doing when I made this :)
So I expected that low bass to evolve in something Kernkraft 400 Zombie Nation alike. but it remained a bit stuck. either increase the intensity or the melody of it?
Further I like the groove, it's fast, but would welcome a bit more variation in the 2 percussion tracks used now, the basic hh pattern you start with and the cymbals on top about halfway the track.
Overall really curious where you take this to, after the first break.
Richard Butler
Has a big feel to it - would like the beats to evolve gradually if poss, starting with a lot less in the intro.
The stabs are decent and well mixed. I'll keep an eye out. Your a great producer mate - I get feelings about certain people's ability early on, and your one of em.

This and sorry man I couldn't give you any more constructive opinion/criticism as my mind is in a few different places at the same time lol - will be moving next week to a new house so a lot of stuff need to be organize and planed.
Cheers,

Thanks for the review. I updated this quite a bit, though it sounds similar. I changed snares, synth hit, added a main synth and did a lot of mixing. I uploaded this version at the top too.
Not really sure where I am going to go with this, it is just the intro. I am used to changing notes on the bass but I hear songs where the bass doesn't ever change and though it is hard I want to try it out.
