Mixes and podcasts yes, but it's hard to find any good podcasts anymore. I'm following 4 at the moment.

I dont actually really listen to all the podcasts but generally will skim through them to just to hear what the new songs coming out are. Also, its a great way to keep updated on just how much garbage is being produced. The only downside is that it makes you numb to it after a while and makes you think some average to poor tracks are better than they actually are.

As for me, I still haven't found actual tunes which I like as much as my prefered music(progressive house 1999-2002) but I recently managed to discover tracks from 2006-2008 which I quite enjoy.

those that know me know that my style is "progressive" sound as well. 2006-2008 is a great time for that kinda sound. also 2004-2005 is a great time period as well. ;)

i don't find it that hard to find songs that i want. i think it's mostly just about knowing where to start. i used to spend hours scanning through everything, but i don't really do that anymore i just grab releases that i've heard about that i like.

I honestly think finding music these days is super easy. There is so much of it, I sometimes feel myself overloaded. Just go lookin!

Because you don't care?

I mean, if the desire is there, then just looking is easier than ever these days.

I see a lot of complaints about this issue a lot.

Its really hard for me to stay in touch with certain sets sometimes because they are so many.

trance wise it has def a lil bit harder to find some good stuff since most of the good old trance dj's have switched their style
but there are still good radio shows out there that still play actual trance (manuel le saux, aly & fila)

everything else like prog and techno you will find some good stuff on beatport and looking at the set lists, as well as reading the messageboard :)

No offense but, hell no, not even close to be 'actual trance' shows. It's basically 2 hours of the same copy-paste uplifting epic trance tracks.
