I have a really bad habit of not finishing stuff so I wrapped this up in some moody noise.

I left the bass as is, just because I like it.

I left a comment somewhere on your SC player. Good luck finding it amongst the 1000s of comments there already! :)

Very nice work.

Sounds like Transformers v/s Gladiator. I like it!
Julz

Thanks peeps

The flute is a Turkish Ney from EWQL RA (same place I got the Duduk from), and the violin is from Kirk Hunter Diamond Orchestra, which I grabbed for next to nothing during that Christmas group buy :D

It's funny how much people will rip on the EWQL libraries, yet almost every time I use an instrument from RA, Silk, SD2, etc., at least a few people comment on how great it sounds.

True dat

It's the only library of their's that I have and was one of the first plugins I ever got :p

I'm not quite so convinced with the orchestral stuff and the articulations do run out very quickly, plus without true legato they're of limited use but if you get them on sale they're a decent enough staple.

Dang this is killer good, right up my moody street. Can well imagine this to a great film such as Kindom Of Heaven by Ridley Scott.

That Turkish ney is one of the most inspiring sounds I've heard. What verb are you using, and while am info vampiring how many times do you usualy wipe your arse?

Lmao

My reverb double up is pretty much set with Artsacoustic and Valhalla Room. I can't imagine reverb getting any better tbh.

And usually 6-8 times :-

2 times with tissue to get rid of volume
2 times with wet wipes to get rid of persistence
2-3 times with more tissue just to be sure
1 time with a final wet wipe, you know - to polish.
