Sat down to do some tutorials last night, but got a good vibe off what I was working on, so I continued to do so for several hours until I was too sleepy and had to pass out. I plan on giving it another pass tonight, so some CC/feedback would be helpful. Don't usually get this much done arrangement wise. Seems pretty cool to me so far.

| yeah, thank you. I think after about 3:00 or so it does start to get a little boring. I would like to see what I can do to improve the arrangement after that. I was in a really weird, but inspired mood, just up all night smoking lots of weed. I did have a question about the bass and the levels though.. they sound OK to you? |

| Great. Yeah, I worked on it until I was pretty much totally exhausted, but I chose a good stopping point. I'll work on it again tonight and that should be a good enough break. |

Tons of potential yet again
I think it's at least 2 minutes too long, and the bit between 1.30-2.30 is probably not necessary. The main riff does start to get a bit samey after a while, but does work. I think the mix needs a bit more 'stuff' in it as well to keep up the interest levels.
Bass gets a bit boomy around (maybe) 100hz at points.
Very cool idea |

Hey there,
Listened to your second (and first, as well) version of the track. It might be a bit too progressive for my tastes, but I think it's got some good elements. One thing that I did notice, though, was the constant dropping of the kick.
It seems like once the kick starts in, it drops every 4 bars, then filters out in the next 4. Then it drops again at the end of the next 4, then it filters out in the next 4. Then it drops again at the end of the next 4...so on.
While I think that dropping in and out is a good way to add some variation to the track, it ruined the 'trance' for me a little bit. My suggestion would be to change those 4-bar phrases to 8-bar phrase (only in the kick...not the phrasing of the music itself).
I also think I'd like to see a few random elements with really long reverb decays and some really long delays somewhere in the track. The main riff gives signs of this big space that the track is playing in, I'd like to see something (maybe a big clap) every few phrases that just reverbs and sidechains for a while.
Otherwise it was pretty decent...a pretty good mix and a nice little groove!
Keep up the good work! |

| Love this track a lot. Very moody and engulfing. I agree with Blomonkey about that break. Love the bass and the mix. I would prefer the kcik not to allways be dropping out as I personally found this unsatisfying after a while. |

| I really like the work on the bass, but a little variation would be nice. |
