"Come one, come all to my 30th birthday party on JUNE 15 at LITTLEFIELD in Brooklyn! I'll be DJing a three hour set at my favorite venue in NYC from 11PM-2AM. No cover, plus free cake and snacks and candy.

Littlefield also has great specialty cocktails, cheap beer, and more. Come have fun and party!!! :) (And my mom will be there!)"

Royal plays a range of progressive house, dnb, and breaks. I'm really looking forward to this! :p

That video is one of my fav remixes from him. I asked him to play it hehe

This would be interesting, Royal Sapien def has a wide range in the tracks he plays. bklyn is a pain to get to though, I hope he plays in the city sometime, I know he's a new yorker.

Yea he is a New Yorker but judging my the amount of times I've ever seen him booked in NYC before (which is none, unless I missed something) I think I will take my chances with Brooklyn.

The location is not that bad for me to drive to ;)

true, would be worth it. I remember one time last yr or in 2010 when he actually played in the city with some other names at a smaller venue. missed that as well so I should go to this one. free cake while dancing to some of his sounds? would be worth it. and there's also free cake :p

He played in Pacha's basement on a Proton-sponsored night a couple years ago, and played an awesome set.

Ben is a fantastic producer. I play a lot of his music during my warm-up sets, as they are perfect mood setters.

Anyway, hope I am around that weekend, as I would love to check him out.
