it is referring to banks and inflation, eventually leading to a total economic market collapse.
also corporations claim bankruptcy and then they take the resources of the company for the riches of the owners, and then they enact cancellations of pensions and benefits ALREADY earned by people who went spent 10-15 years working for them. |

the doctor was clearly going out of this realm. cause he was observed to be "psychotic". not under his own doing. loss of control towards procedure, but he had no personal achievement he was striving for.
simply, the message is from somewhere else, his body is just the access between the message and it getting heard.
