...so after realizing one of the most popular types of dance music only has a voice in canada's largest nightclub, we've decided to bring the big sound of trance into a small club environment...with the unfortunate closing of vola on adelaide last year, trance has no voice in smaller sized venues,with the exception of one-off parties. So begins a new trance night - SO YOU THINK YOU CAN TRANCE. For those old-skool trancers that dont deal with the drama of large venues, this night is for you. This night will feature both classic 90's/2000's tracks alongside contemporary & modern trance...using both vinyl & mp3s.

JEZ ANSELL (GATECRASHER/CREAM/PEACH/ALLENBY 58/HAOMAN 17)(ISR/UK)
jez needs no introduction, but if you must know he has spun alonside the worlds best djs - tiesto, carl cox, ferry corsten, armin van buuren, paul oakenfold, judge jules, danny howells, hybrid...the list is endless. Jez was israel's top dj throughout most of the 1990's,with his partner choopie these two were responsible for lifting nightclubs haoman 17 and allenby 58 into the global dance market. If anyone knows trance, its this guy...a force on 3 turntables, you have to hear jez ansell to believe it!

I should hope not for everyone involved. The room arrangement and dj booth upstairs is completely awful for any tight of dance club setup (not surprising, considering it's a lounge) |

| Its downstairs...it was changed a week ago to suit another event upstairs. Better for everyone-sound,club feel,dj booth (jez is dropping rare/unheard white labels on vinyl) thanks for all your interest guys & gals,the next one is already booked for july 27th...see you there! Oh dont forget,its free,so spread the good word... :) |
