Last 4 times I've seen her, Magda has bored me. But I guess her mindset then is still stuck as an opener for Richie than a headliner. Do let me know if its good (since she left Minus already) as I do like her productions, but just DJ-ing hasnt just hooked me yet.

I caught her at the Items & Things party in Detroit and, to be honest, I did dig Troy Pierce's set more, but I still enjoyed Magda's stuff immensely. She played late night at that party tho, and that's kinda what I like to hear past 3something a.m. so maybe it won't be the same at midnight, but whatever. |
