| haha yeah, this would be an epic lineup if they dropped tritonal and gave everyone else and extra half hour. still planning on going because i've never seen richard durand and leon has killed it every time i've seen him. :D |

| Great booking (besides my bias toward lame ass Tritonal)! Saw Richard Durand at Avalon for "Russia Goes Clubbing" last year and he had a great set. The guys before him with their stupid 3D projection wall were whack but Durand killed it. Huge fan of Bolier and have yet to see him. Stoked for this |

| Wow, so many negative reactions towards Tritonal. I don't really follow their sound, but how did they get so popular in the first place? |

They were quite popular at Circus, until they announced no longer being willing to play at "tier 3" clubs. This egocentricity has driven many fans away. I wish they were at some of the clubs in Europe that I had visited several years back. Much bigger name DJ's were happy to spin at clubs that would make Circus look like one huge VIP suite in comparison!
As Cosmic Gate put it, "Back to Earth!". :wtf: |

| Lineup progression was whack, Kristina opened dark, mellow, spirited and intoxicating, then Leon busted it out at 140BPM, hands in the air jesus pose Trance with Tritonal and then Richard closed somewhere in the middle of all this, dropping a good number of mind blowing tunes! Richard's set was best of the night IMO, everyone thought it was over and the Art of Trance "Madagascar" came on and had everyone bouncing from wall to wall, ceiling to floor! Still such a timeless track, just gets better with time! |

yeah i agree, definitely should have switched durand and bolier... however it's also kinda the DJs fault. bolier has a lot of mellow tunes that he could have played but chose not to.
regardless, i had a blast. great venue, great crowd - everyone seemed to be genuinely having a good time. met lots of cool people, and the art in the downstairs bar was pretty cool, although I don't know how many people got to enjoy it since pretty much everyone went right upstairs. hoping for more awakening nights! Not too stoked about jaytech personally but im sure there will be good lineups around the corner. |
