| Was stoked to see Sasha at Vessel last night. Got there a little early (11:30pm) to find the party already started without me. Place was packed and had a hard time finding a place to stand (forget about dancing). Sasha started before midnight with mostly laid back, refined house tracks. By this time, the club was a sausage-fest/hot/uncomfortable. I spent most the night being pushed around and told where I can stand and can't stand. Not just me, there were plenty others being herded around. By 1:00am, Sasha started in with more progressive tracks and the mood got a lot better. The crowd had thinned a little, but not enough to make it comfortable. Tickets were $25. I would have gladly paid $50 to have 25% fewer people in the club. I bailed around 1:30. I think Sasha's set was really good. There were some technical problems and he left the decks a couple times, but he played a great set. I wish I could have stayed until he finished because it seemed like he was enjoying himself and was getting stronger. |

| I was there last night as well, and I definitely agree that it was way too crowded. But the music itself was worth it. Started off pretty good for the first hour, then got a bit too techy the next hour for my taste, then from 2 A.M. on until 3:00 was madness, progressive house stormer one after the other. Overall a pretty good set. |
