So cyclists shouldn't wear headphones but people should be able to play loud music on the stereo of their two-ton car? Makes lots of sense.

Cars with windows rolled up and music banging are not paragons of safety, either. But if you listen to music at a reasonable volume on your car stereo, it will not cancel out all the sound/noise around you, unlike headphones.

That good to here and all since I can remember when I was working at 7-Eleven working in back stocking stuff when we got rob when I was still in high school. I watched robber shot the manager in lower leg because when he was unloading a vend safe and he started with pennies first when should been the 20's first.
