The problem with this plot is that it doesn't make any sense. Preventing your slaves from reproducing is counterproductive to the whole point of having slaves. Besides, even if we wanted to do that, it would be more efficient and effective to just sterilize them en masse than to try to police individual acts of copulation. I'm afraid that you'd make a terrible evil overlord. |

| actually its all very plausible if nature decides that only the slaves will have a chance at evolving into mutants with superhuman abilities, and to restrict the slaves from getting such power, the corporations will have to be in charge of all reproduction and offspring, therefore forcing slaves into having to apply an application to the government in order to have sex. |

The best part about conspiracy theories is that they take the totally incompetent government that they love to rail on in some situations and throw them into these scenarios where they'd have to be extremely efficient and competent.
Also you write like your mother punched you a lot as a child, its a damn shame she was too stupid to finish the job though and snuff out her little mistake before it learned how to make itself visible to the world. |
