One should not buy digital, they should buy vinyl for classics...or they can be a cheap son of a bitch, who don't deserve to be breathing, and be a cheap ass pirate...

You realize that the artist sees no money, whether you buy the wax off discogs or download a rip?

Buying digital does not mean being a pirate, It actually counts as buying a record (:O), and as Woony said, discogs is trading between people, not artists for people. Imbecile.

As for O.P. Don't know which classic tracks you're looking for, but some are definitely out there on beatport, some definitely not, but mainly you won't find too much there, Amazon didn't fail me yet (hard copy), and if you really can't find what you're looking for anywhere, I wouldn't feel bad about downloading a rip (except quality) because you did all your best to find a place to buy it. cheers

Retarded.

On top of what Woony already said, should the OP also spring for a couple of turntables? Just to play the classics though. Obviously, anything new would be played on a laptop, and all tracks would be purchased from Beatport, where the artists make a heap of cash back from the significant input towards their craft.

Some big shops like beatport, trackitdown and junodownload have a classics section..

Oh...okay....Well, for the record, I did not say that people who buy digital are pirates. I just said that I think that the best way to buy classics are through vinyl....But if you can point where I said that people who buy digital downloads are pirates, be my guest. I also said that pirates suck...I don't know where you get that I'm comparing people who buy digital to pirates....Wow, you digital freaks are sure defensive... :p

Your first post wouldn't have been so confusing for some had you demonstrated the use of proper grammar.

Your posts make me feel dumb, therefore I understand. Or do I?

Buying the vinyl record on Discogs and pirating it are practically the same thing...

I pirate stuff that is out of print, everything else I try to buy.

Comparing owning a record to downloading a free rip is like comparing a vagina to a Chinese mushroom. It's not even close. Grab everything mentality begins like that, and grab everything mentality is the 11th step to being .
