What is MASTERING?
This mastering service will give your song the finished professional broadcast quality for record label scouting, big sound systems in bars/clubs and radio airplay.
duties include:
Editing minor flaws
Applying noise reduction to eliminate clicks, dropouts, hum and hiss
Adjusting stereo width
Adding ambience
multiband Equalizer
Adjust volume
Dynamic range expansion
multiband compression
peak limit
using limiters/maximizer and various compressors
PRICING:
mastering $50 per song ( discounts for multiple songs)
mixing $60 per song ( discounts for multiple songs)
You need to send:
- a raw stereo mix in WAV or AIFF
- make sure the audio is -5 db to give enough room for processing
- make sure there is NO limiter/maximizer or compressor on the MASTER channel output
- send any special instructions or requests on how you would like your song to sound like
