Can any promoter please consider bringing in Ferry Tayle and/or Airwave? I would kill to see Cape Town in NYC. Ferry and Laurent are the most underrated producers in trance. I'll even be happy with Blue Tente. that is if he is even still around. Give me something!!!

I'd go to both Ferry Tayle and Airwave. +11111 especially for Airwave.

Good thing people on here still do listen to trance and have not left it in the dust.... their are still good producers out there, bring Martin Libsen and/or Will Atkinson and I will be happy

I would kill to hear an Airwave set in NYC. I heard him play as Airwave and separately as Green Martian at Godskitchen in the UK back in 2004 maybe, and it was an unreal experience.

I feel like that ship has sailed though. Not to be pessimistic about it, but how relevant is Airwave these days? I mean that with all due respect of course...the guy is beyond being a legend. Its more a comment on where the scene is at musically these days. In the whole Skrillex / SHM / Avicii world...how does Airwave fit in? He fits in perfectly with me and my tastes, thats for damn sure. Just curious how the majority would feel about him playing a headline set in NYC in 2012.

I'm all for it though. Lets make it happen. :)
a.l.d.i.
It sad that promoters have to think hard about booking talents like airwave. i am not blaming them, its just sad that they can't out of the risk of not getting enough support to cover the cost.

If you would like to know how long I (and others) been asking the very same question please see this thread!

..it almost happened a few times, but almost doesn't count!

i def understand what you're saying...
from a business stand point it wont be packed like big top 100 dj's.
guy is def a legend, he'e been doing it for more than 15 years and yet still hassent sold out or changed his sound very much...still keeps it real. it's a shame tho he still makes great trance but dont get much support... you got armin who's radio show is called "a state of trance" but yet he hassent supported an airwave track in years and show this new generation of clubbers that deep, melodic, prog, euphoric trance still exists

he does have an artist album coming out later on in the year
so hopefully if he does hit the states he stops by nyc for some kind of gig
