That part my friend, has already been covered in the thesis to a certain extent ;).
Things as usability (ease-of-use) are one of the most highly underestimated forces in websites (in my opinion). It is hard to simplify the checkout process though.
The free part is even more interesting. I have my thoughts about that as well but I think it is wise not to elaborate as the thesis is the foundation for a businessplan that tends to put a little spin on all these type of problems. |

Thanks all for your kindness! I'll be sure to bump this topic back to the future once I've written an article about the results.
For those that care, there were about 10 invalid responses I had to ditch. But I've got a dataset of 100 entries now, in exactly 48hrs. Thank you. |

Sorry for the incredibly huge bump but I remember some of you were interested in the result of the survey I've asked you to fill in for me about 2 months ago. I'm leaving room for interpretation based on the data I've obtained through the survey, you can draw your own conclusions from it.
